Privacy policy

The administrator and responsible data controller of the database is the Estonian Actors' Union NGO. The database administrator processes personal data of database users in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and other relevant legal acts.

The following data is collected:

• Personal data (name, company)
• Contact information (phone, email address)
• Database login information (login time, search history, projects)
•  

As a data subject, the database user has the following rights with respect to their personal data:

• The right to request access to their personal data;
• The right to request correction of their personal data in case it is inaccurate;
• The right to request the deletion of their personal data;
• The right to request restriction of the processing of their personal data;
• The right to data portability;
• The right to object to the processing of their personal data
